What is your cancelation policy?
Cancellation of your tour is always possible, however the refund amount will depends on the day from the booking.
– 100% Refund of your booking is possible after taken credit card costs, but only if a request for cancellation is received 7 seven calendar days from the activity by E-mail to info@mmprivatetoursaruba.com.
– 50% refund is possible from seven calendar days to 48 hours from the booking date.
– No refund is possible within 48 hours to the from the booking date.
Are there restrooms on the tours?
We highly recommend using the restroom before your hotel departure. There are restrooms available at a few stops, but some charge a small fee of $0.50 or $1 to use their facilities.
How many people can go on the Tour?
Our Private Van carries up to 10 passengers, each tour have different price based on 4/6 passengers and have an extra cost per person, check when checking out.
Where do we check-in for our tour?
All of our Private tours depart from your hotel/accommodation or Cruise Ship Port. our private tour guide will greet you at the lobby or front of your accommodation or port and provide you beefing before departing.

What should we bring/wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing, including sneakers, hats or caps, bathing suits, and sunscreen. Also, remember to bring a camera, sunscreen, extra cash, and towels.
No high heels and warm clothes, You will not need important documents such as a passport or others.
