Terms of service

Your booking includes one of our team to receive you at the arrival hall at the Queen Beatrix International Airport with your name from the time slot you have booked our service. Here are some of the conditions of the service:

Our pick-up personal will wait a maximum of 20 minutes from the time of slot you have selected in our online booking system. After the mentioned 20 minutes, if we have not heard from or received you, we will consider you a no-show.
No Show is no refundable service.
You can cancel only within 24 hours before the time of service, otherwise is non-refundable
A maximum of 1 large baggage per person ad small baggage is included. Extra baggage will be charged $8 a peace
